Our hours:
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are able to make adjustments to this
schedule under special circumstances. If
you need an appointment during our off
hours, please be sure to call at least a week
ahead so that we are better able to service
your needs.

When you call:
Because we are frequently out on the road, you may find yourself
speaking to a voice mailbox when you call. Please do not be
discouraged. We will return your call as soon as possible, no later
than the next business day. Remember to give us as much
information as possible when you call, including all phone numbers
where you can be reached. You can also fax or email requests for
appointments, prescription refills, or food orders. We will confirm your
fax or e-mail by phone by the next business day.
Emergencies:
Emergencies will always take priority over regular appointment. We
will make every effort to contact you if we will be late for or need to
cancel your appointment due to an emergency. You will have the
option of rescheduling if you do not want to wait for your appointment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Round 'Em Up...
While we are always happy to see our patients, we understand that our
patients are not always so happy to see us. With this in mind, we ask
that you have your animals confined and easy to catch at least one
hour before our scheduled arrival. If you are unable to find or catch
your pet in this time frame, we ask that you call and reschedule your
appointment. Please remember that delays in our appointments
inconveniences all of our clients through the day.
